Successful businessmen are alumni of the Academy of Finance

On November 19, in Hanoi , the Academy of Finance held a ceremony to celebrate its 60th anniversary of establishment and development; receiving the First Class Labor Medal (for the third time).

According to Associate Professor Dr. Nguyen Dao Tung - Chairman of the Board of the Academy of Finance, after 60 years of construction and development, the Academy of Finance has provided society with nearly 150,000 bachelors, nearly 10,000 masters of economics and over 500 doctors.

Over 60 years of development, the Academy of Finance has been the cradle that nurtured, supported and gave wings to many generations of students. Many alumni of the Academy have become key economic managers, successful businessmen, and have actively contributed to the industrialization and modernization of the country.

During the celebration, generations of students gathered, recalled memories and joined hands with the school to improve the quality of training by establishing the Mind - Finance - FinanceEducation Development Fund, granting scholarships to poor and excellent students; supporting the start-up and innovation movement so that the Academy of Finance can truly be a quality and prestigious innovation center of the country.

Mr. Pham Ngoc Thanh - Chairman of Taseco Group.

Businessman Pham Ngoc Thanh, Chairman of Taseco Group, graduated from Hanoi University of Finance and Accounting (now Academy of Finance) and has more than 20 years of experience in the aviation industry.

From 1998 to 1999, he worked as an accountant at Construction Company No. 1 - Hanoi Construction Corporation. From 1999 to 2006, he held the position of general accountant at Noi Bai Airport Services Joint Stock Company. From 2006 to 2007, he worked as Deputy Head of Finance - Accounting Department at Noi Bai Airport Services Joint Stock Company.

The name of businessman Pham Ngoc Thanh is closely associated with the development of Taseco Group Corporation (Taseco Group). He is the co-founder of Taseco Group and has been with the company since its inception as Chairman of the Board of Directors.
