“Thuong Duc - The Immortal Epic” is the theme of the art program celebrating the 50th anniversary of the Thuong Duc Victory. The performances at the art program were performed by many famous artists such as Meritorious Artist Xuan De, People's Artist Thu Hien, Meritorious Artist Ploong Thiet, and artists and actors of the Military Region V Art Troupe...

The art program celebrating the 50th anniversary of the Thuong Duc Victory is divided into 3 chapters. Chapter 1: “Immortal epic”; Chapter 2: “Revolutionary homeland” and Chapter 3: “Moving forward”.

The performances partly recreated the heroic memory space, affirming the bloody contributions of generations of cadres, soldiers and people in the victory of Thuong Duc. The opening performances focused on depicting the image of soldiers marching "To the front line", with the pride "Uncle is marching with us, gently singing "Thuong Duc lullaby".

Along with that is the pride of the revolutionary homeland, with the Bai Choi scene " Quang Nam Mother" performed by artist Thu Huong, both close and rustic, yet deeply expressing the image of hard work and sacrifice of the mother of Quang Nam. The audience had the opportunity to be absorbed in the famous song "Vết chân tròn tren cát" by musician Tran Tien performed by Meritorious Artist Ploong Thiet.

The final part of the program is a performance expressing the aspiration of the homeland to rise up after the bombs and bullets of war receded, the memories of many people who remain today deeply engraved in their hearts about the pain and glory of a time.

“Remembering Dai Loc” and “The New Road” were the two performances that closed the program, opening up emotional echoes in the hearts of delegates and people at the ceremony, affirming historical values, writing an epic poem called Thuong Duc after 50 years...
