Outstanding results in the regular commendation work of the Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism in the period 2021-2025

During the 2021-2025 period, the regular commendation work of the Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism has achieved positive results.

The Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism always focuses on improving the quality of the Ministry's Emulation and Reward Council and the Ministry's Initiative Council in the direction of streamlining, efficiency, reducing the number of members, and at the same time increasing the collection of written opinions from relevant agencies and functional units on collective and individual profiles proposed for rewards.

Along with that, the Ministry has innovated the method of appraisal, excerpting the content of achievements, and organizing the meetings of the Emulation and Reward Council accordingly. The organization of meetings of the Emulation and Reward Council and the Initiative Council of the Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism is carried out in accordance with the provisions of the law on emulation and rewards. Every year, the Ministry organizes meetings of the Ministry-level Initiative Council and the Ministry Emulation and Reward Council to consider awarding the title of "Ministry-level Emulation Fighter" and consider State-level rewards for collectives and individuals under the Ministry.

In order to effectively implement the activities of the Emulation and Commendation Council and the Initiative Council in accordance with the provisions of the 2022 Law on Emulation and Commendation and documents guiding the implementation of the Law, the Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism has issued the Regulations on organization and operation of the two Councils.

Results of commendation for the period 2021 - 2025, for state-level commendation: There are 03 Independence Medals (including 02 collectives and 01 individual); 363 Labor Medals of all classes (including 20 collectives and 343 individuals); 01 Friendship Medal; 789 Certificates of Merit from the Prime Minister (including 37 collectives and 752 individuals); 26 collectives achieved the title "Emulation Flag of the Government"; 01 individual achieved the title of Labor Hero; 04 individuals achieved the title "National Emulation Fighter".

For Awards under the authority of the Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism: 11,372 Certificates of Merit from the Minister (including 4,555 collectives and 6,817 individuals); 577 collectives achieved the title "Emulation Flag of the Ministry"; 1,480 collectives achieved the title "Excellent Labor Collective"; 312 individuals achieved the title "Ministry-level Emulation Fighter"; 7,965 individuals achieved the Medal "For the cause of Culture, Sports and Tourism".
