Hotels with "rooftop" views to watch fireworks, parades, and marches

On the afternoon of April 26, Mr. Nguyen Vu (residing in Thu Duc City, Ho Chi Minh City) said he was still contacting a number of hotels in the central area of Ho Chi Minh City to find a place to watch fireworks and parades on the occasion of April 30.

"Tonight there is a 3D Mapping art program at the front of the HCM City People's Council and People's Committee headquarters; tomorrow morning (April 27) there is a general rehearsal for the state-level parade to celebrate the April 30th holiday, but I contacted several hotels in the center and they were all fully booked" - Mr. Vu said.

At 6:30 a.m. on April 30, 2025, the 50th anniversary of the Liberation of the South and National Reunification Day (April 30, 1975 - April 30, 2025) will take place. The ceremony will be held on Le Duan Street (District 1) and some central streets of Ho Chi Minh City.

Ms. Nguyen Thao (living in Thu Duc City) said that she waited from morning until now to buy a river bus ticket from District 1 to Binh An wharf so that her family would have a means of transportation to return home after watching the 3D Mapping art show in District 1.

"Last time, the whole family took a ride-hailing car to District 1 to watch the fireworks, but on the way back there were so many people that we couldn't get a car for 2 hours" - Ms. Thao shared her experience.

The heat from activities celebrating the 50th anniversary of the Liberation of the South and National Reunification Day (April 30, 1975 - April 30, 2025) is attracting a large number of tourists and residents to Ho Chi Minh City.

The program will showcase 3D Mapping art combining music , light and performance art. The entire facade of the People's Council - People's Committee headquarters of Ho Chi Minh City will become a giant screen for works of light technology, emotional colors, recreating a Ho Chi Minh City with both historical depth and strong aspirations.

According to a reporter from Nguoi Lao Dong Newspaper , many 4-5 star hotels in Ho Chi Minh City are currently fully booked or have had to add additional services to meet the increasing demand of guests.

Majestic Saigon Hotel informs that up to now, the number of seats for guests to enjoy food , watch fireworks or join in the atmosphere of the 30-4 holiday are all full.

Rex Hotel, one of the "rooftop" views to watch 3D Mapping art projections, parades, and parades on holidays, is selling tickets for a premium buffet party specially designed for the holiday, on the evening of April 30, at the Rooftop Garden Bar.
