Khanh Hoa Province's Department of Finance said that the province is auctioning off many real estate properties under State management to collect money to pay into the budget.
Accordingly, 11 houses and lands in Nha Trang city, Khanh Hoa province have been decided to be sold, expected to be auctioned this year. Of which, many properties are located on Thong Nhat street (red line) - located in the center of Nha Trang city - about 2km from the beach.
Also according to the Khanh Hoa Provincial Department of Finance, of the 11 properties above, 6 locations have been announced for auction, the remaining owners are preparing appraisal documents.
The house and land area at 176 Thong Nhat (circled in red) in Phuong Sai ward, Nha Trang city with a total area of nearly 300 square meters is for sale with a starting price of more than 35 billion VND.
Of which, the land area is valued at nearly 32.5 billion VND, the housing part is valued at more than 3 billion VND.
It is known that this land lot was announced for auction by an auction company on mass media 3 times, however, by the end of the registration announcement period, there were still no participants.
House and land at 189 Thong Nhat, nearly 110 square meters wide, is being advertised with a starting price of over 13 billion VND (advertised 3 times but no buyers); at 191 Thong Nhat, 115 square meters wide, the expected starting price is nearly 14 billion VND (advertised 2 times).

Tran Quy Cap Street has 2 lanes, the land plot location (circled in red) is located at the front of this street. This is also a densely populated central area of Nha Trang city.
Urging the sale of public houses and land to collect budget
Regarding the sale of public houses and land, Khanh Hoa province has recently issued a document requesting agencies, units and localities with houses and land for auction to urgently check and review the documents and send them to the Department of Finance for appraisal and submission to the Provincial People's Committee for approval of the auction decision in accordance with legal regulations.
Khanh Hoa province assigns the Department of Finance to be responsible for inspecting, reviewing, and urging relevant agencies, units, and localities to urgently and seriously carry out the above tasks, ensuring the progress of state budget collection. If there is any delay, the heads of relevant agencies, units, and localities must be responsible to the Chairman of Khanh Hoa Provincial People's Committee.
