There are some reference areas such as Nguyen Sieu Street, Ward 7, Le Hong Phong Street, Ward 4, Thi Sach Street, Ward 6, Phan Boi Chau Street, the area around Xuan Huong Lake, Hoa Binh area in Ward 1...

You should limit your stay at hotels and homestays near pine trees, in forests, and streams. There are currently some areas that have been affected by landslides due to rain, such as Hoang Hoa Tham Street, near Mimoza Pass, 3/4 Street, Dang Thai Than Street, mainly on hilly areas. In addition to landslides, these places are also at risk of falling pine trees due to heavy rain and wind.

Minh Huong, a tourist from Hanoi who just returned from Da Lat for more than a week, said that this season in Da Lat it often rains in the afternoon and quite heavily.

"Hotel receptionists and locals in Da Lat all advise that if you have plans to visit Da Lat, you should take advantage of going to outdoor places in the morning, and in the evening, you should visit restaurants, cafes, places with indoor activities, or just wander around areas near the center," said Ms. Huong.

The rainy season in Da Lat usually lasts from June to the end of October. The best time of year to travel to Da Lat is from December to after the Lunar New Year. At this time, the weather is cool, sunny and dry, with many flowers in bloom. This is also the time when Da Lat often organizes many activities to attract tourists.
