The silent people in the rain

On the morning of October 27, 2024, the People's Committee of Tan Thoi Nhat Ward, District 12, Ho Chi Minh City organized a campaign to collect trash from canals and streams belonging to a branch of Tham Luong Canal, with the participation of ward officials and Green Summer volunteers.

Due to the influence of a tropical depression, many areas of the city experienced rain in the morning, with District 12 bearing the brunt of the heavy downpour. Despite this, people enthusiastically went down to the canals and waterways to collect trash, clear the waterways, and restore a clean environment.
