Báo Thanh niênBáo Thanh niên14/08/2024

Behind the impeccable outfits of these “big” figures is the brilliant vision of royal stylists, who are able to create looks that are modern yet impeccable. Appearing at ceremonies, state banquets, royal events and business meetings, how do royal figures never look wrong?

Natasha Archer, affectionately known as “Tash”, has been Kate Middleton’s stylist for 10 years

She started working as a personal assistant in 2007, becoming an image consultant in 2014. A Spanish studies graduate and married to royal photographer Chris Jackson, she transformed Kate's style, turning her into a fashion icon. Archer introduced a modern approach, combining luxury and affordable pieces, as well as a special selection of clothes tailored to the countries the Princess visited while traveling. She ditched the form-fitting dresses of the early 2000s and opted for brands like Alexander McQueen and Jenny Packham, elevating the Princess' style to what we know today.

Queen Camilla's stylist

Still within the walls of Buckingham Palace, the public can still find Queen Camilla's stylist, Jacqui Meakin. Her career began with working with Princess Anna, then went on to shape Camilla's image through a careful selection of classic dresses and exquisite accessories.

Jacqui Meakin is the make-up artist and stylist to Queen Camila, and is responsible for choosing outfits for the most senior woman in the royal family.

With extensive experience in the fashion industry, she favours British brands such as Bruce Oldfield and Fiona Clare, ensuring the Queen's outfits always reflect the importance of her role.

It’s not just a collaboration between Zara Tindall and her stylist, Annie Miall. The two have worked together for years, creating elegant and sophisticated outfits that Zara has worn to various public events, including horse races like Royal Ascot and the Cheltenham Festival. Recently, it seems like the two have taken things up a notch, making Zara one of the most stunning royals of the moment.

Who was behind the style of Queen Mary of Denmark?

In 2002, Anja Camilla Alajdi became stylist to Queen Mary of Denmark, and everything changed. With a modern and innovative look, the Queen’s wardrobe is one of the most sophisticated royal wardrobes around. The clever use of color, unpredictable combinations, and use of storage items are hallmarks of this cohesive and stylish working couple.

No queen embodies ethnic fashion and style like Letizia Ortiz. Always modern and elegant, the royal mixes high-fashion and accessible brands, often choosing Spanish brands to promote local fashion. Behind her style choices is Eva Fernández, who has also been raising her daughters Leonor and Sofia since 2015.
