In the Hon La sea area (Quang Tri), waves nearly 2m high and strong winds appeared, causing many fish cages of fishermen to be unmoored, drifted ashore, and severely damaged, with estimated losses of billions of dong.

Meanwhile, at the mouth of the Roon River, the waves rose high, the current was strong and turbulent, people continuously went to the wharf to check and reinforce the anchor ropes of boats to cope.
