Nghe An Electricity Company strives to fix the problem, dispatching high-capacity generators to the anti-flooding pumping station in Truong Vinh.

At noon on August 25, storm No. 5 (Kajiki) approached the mainland of the old Vinh City area, causing heavy rain and strong winds, causing the power grid in the Vinh Power Line Management Team to have problems, disrupting power supply in some areas in the area.

Immediately after receiving information about the power outage affecting some residential areas, Mr. Pham Cong Thanh - Director of the Company urgently directed the Vinh Power Line Management Team to be on duty, promptly deploy handling plans, and directly go to the scene to inspect, urge and direct the troubleshooting.

The Vinh Power Line Management Team has made efforts to overcome the problem in adverse weather conditions, to restore the power system as quickly and safely as possible to serve the people.

In particular, the incident occurred on line 471E15.7, including the Ben Thuy anti-flooding pumping station. To support emergency drainage work in the Vinh City area (old) - which is facing the risk of localized flooding due to heavy rain, Nghe An Electricity Company urgently dispatched a 1,000kVA generator to supply electricity to the anti-flooding pumping station.

The mobilization of large capacity generators in a short time and timely operation clearly demonstrates the high sense of responsibility of the electricity industry for natural disaster prevention and protection of people's lives and property.
