Caught red-handed stealing generator from excavator

On October 19, Vinh Dieu Commune Police (An Giang Province) said they had just caught Bui Van Qui (born in 1989, residing in My Trung Hamlet, Vinh Thanh Trung Commune) in the act of stealing a generator from a local excavator (kobe).

Previously, during the patrol and control of the area, the Commune Police discovered Bui Van Qui stealing a generator from an excavator and two pieces of metal pipe from a vehicle. The total value of the property was initially determined to be about 3.5 million VND.

Working with the police, Bui Van Qui confessed that he took advantage of the darkness and the unguarded property to commit the above theft.

The Investigation Police Agency has granted bail to Bui Van Qui's family; continue to investigate, clarify, and handle violations.
