Stopping in front of the auditorium, Colonel Nguyen Thi Lam Anh, Head of the Foreign Language Department at the Political Academy, and Colonel Nguyen Thi Hai Ly, Head of Political Affairs at the Military Industry and Telecommunications Group, engaged in an open and friendly conversation. It felt like we were long-lost comrades, but upon hearing their story, we learned that Colonel Nguyen Thi Lam Anh and Colonel Nguyen Thi Hai Ly are sisters. At that moment, we noticed the striking resemblance in their faces and their refined, military-style manner of speaking.

The impeccable military bearing of the two female delegates is the result of decades of training in the military environment. Furthermore, both are from military families; their father is Colonel Nguyen Quoc Thinh, former Deputy Director of the Military Science Academy. He was a pre-revolutionary cadre who participated in the resistance wars against French colonialism and American imperialism, and was awarded the Third-Class Independence Medal (2022) and the 70-Year Party Membership Badge (2024). Colonel Nguyen Thi Lam Anh shared: "From a young age, our parents taught us to live independently and work with the utmost self-respect and responsibility. Our father's example, as a model Party member and soldier, with his stories of combat and achievements, has become a motivation for us to strive and compete in our studies, training, and work." Following in their family tradition, Nguyen Thi Lam Anh and Nguyen Thi Hai Ly are continuing their father's legacy, striving in the military.

Thanks to their continuous efforts, both women have become exemplary officers with deep professional competence, truly outstanding role models in their respective fields of work. Developing through each position, Colonel Nguyen Thi Lam Anh and Colonel Nguyen Thi Hai Ly have always upheld the qualities of a Party member, the image of a soldier of Uncle Ho's army, and have been exemplary in their words, conduct, and actions.

It was a great joy for Colonel Nguyen Thi Lam Anh and Colonel Nguyen Thi Hai Ly to attend the 12th Congress of the Party Committee of the Army. Filled with excitement and pride for the congress, both delegates expressed confidence in the leadership of the Party and the Central Military Commission, with their major orientations in building the Army. Throughout the congress, the two female delegates demonstrated a sense of responsibility, contributing heartfelt and insightful opinions, conveying the will and aspirations of cadres, Party members, and soldiers in their Party organizations and units to the congress.

Colonel Nguyen Thi Hai Ly stated: "We will spread the success of the congress, and together with the officers, party members, staff, and soldiers in the unit, we will unite, compete, and strive to complete each task and realize the contents of the congress's resolution."
