  • Exciting Football Tournament to Commemorate the 100th Anniversary of Vietnam's Revolutionary Press Day

Taking place from September 7-21, 2025 at PM Sport Stadium (Tan Son, Tan Binh, Ho Chi Minh City), the tournament brings together dozens of the strongest hometown teams representing many provinces and cities from North to South. More than just a sporting competition, DHF-S3 also carries the mission of connecting the community and fostering a spirit of solidarity among those who have left their hometowns. Every goal, every beautiful play is not just a professional achievement, but also a source of pride for the entire team.

This year, Ca Mau is participating in DHF-S3 with a strong contingent of 20 players and coaching staff. This team brings together the most outstanding figures in grassroots football in the southernmost region, carefully selected through numerous regional tournaments.

The squad list includes many names familiar to fans: Sang Chez, Kiet Nhoc, Viet Anh, Toi Ve So, An Ninh, Cong Tung, Tien Cua… along with many experienced players and promising young talents.

Each member not only represents skill and competitive spirit, but also carries the mission of affirming their character, willpower, and love for their homeland. Each member has their own story, a different journey, but all share a common aspiration to bring the image of Ca Mau to the national football stage.

To qualify for DHF-S3, the Ca Mau hometown team had to endure tense and dramatic matches in the Western region. Their recent championship title in the Western Region Hometown Association (Mekong Delta) tournament is the clearest evidence of the players' skill and talent. This victory earned Ca Mau a valuable ticket to the national competition. This is not only a reward for the efforts of the 20 players and coaching staff, but also a source of joy and pride for the entire Ca Mau hometown community both within and outside the province.
