Correct and precise policies and guidelines to develop Dien Bien

In recent years, especially the recent Provincial Party Congresses (term XIII and XIV), I have seen that Dien Bien has changed a lot, thanks to the introduction of policies, orientations, resolutions, and action programs to invest and develop Dien Bien "correctly" and "correctly".

Ms. Vu Thi Tuyet highly appreciated the "correct" and "accurate" policies and guidelines of the Provincial Party Committee in recent terms.

Party committees at all levels, right from the grassroots, have joined in strongly, directed resolutely and implemented effectively, especially for the work of economic and social development and infrastructure investment. It can be clearly seen through the key projects in the area in recent times, such as: Airport, 60m road (now 7/5 road), A1 - C4 road, projects to develop fruit trees, macadamia trees, medicinal herbs and develop tourism... With the spirit of close direction, the sectors and levels have joined in very "evenly", more responsibly to realize and bring policies and resolutions into life. This year, our province continues to do well in political tasks and has received attention from the Central Government for investment towards the 70th anniversary of Dien Bien Phu Victory, focusing on infrastructure and social security for the people. Certainly, with those actions, the socio-economic development in the area will have more advantages and remarkable changes.

Make people believe, people follow

Through different periods and stages, the Provincial Party Committee has led the implementation of orientations suitable to local characteristics and local situations. From the beginning of the 2020-2025 term until now, it can be seen that many marks have been made and highly appreciated by the people. The rotation and transfer of cadres at all levels have also brought about positive results. Tuan Giao in particular and Dien Bien in general are making many strides.

Right from the beginning of the term, the Provincial Party Committee down to the district and commune levels have clearly identified breakthrough goals and tasks for leadership and implementation. The leaders have resolutely and closely implemented and "unblocked" many previously stuck and backlogged programs and projects. From the province to the district, many important and essential projects serving the people have been started, such as: Airports, roads, electricity, schools... In Tuan Giao, recently, a survey was conducted to build a reservoir, nearly 1,000 hectares of macadamia were planted simultaneously, calling for investment in developing medicinal herbs, connecting output for agricultural products... are things that people all expect and support.

“Saying what you say and doing it”, quickly and effectively implementing projects and works for the people’s lives and local development, people will increasingly trust and follow. Hopefully, leaders and officials at all levels will continue to promote that spirit, dare to think, dare to do, dare to take responsibility, work to build a more prosperous homeland, and people will become more prosperous.

People are cared for and looked after in every way.

With the attention of the Party and the State, the people of Luan Gioi are having favorable conditions to improve the quality of their material and spiritual life. With the direction and implementation of the Party Committee and government from the province down to the grassroots level, the national target programs of Sustainable Poverty Reduction, New Rural Development, Socio -economic Development of Ethnic Minority and Mountainous Areas are reaching every village, directly supporting the people with many policies to support production development, learning, illiteracy eradication, and rural traffic consolidation...

Through the programs, local people have many changes in thinking, awareness, and increasingly high intelligence. People are also more bold in developing the economy, actively participating in emulation movements, voluntarily donating land for community works to contribute to building new rural areas... Thanks to that, Luan Gioi is currently ranked 2nd in the district in terms of basic criteria to meet new rural standards, in the top of the district in terms of health, education , maintaining student numbers, building schools that meet national standards... 100% of villages have national grid electricity; the number of households using electricity, living conditions (toilets, domestic water...) are improved. Policy households and households in difficult circumstances benefit from many social security policies such as loans, support for housing, seedlings... and have more motivation to rise up. With that attention, people's lives are stable, developing, limiting social evils in the community. People have more trust in the Party and the State.
