On October 12, the Vietnamese team had a 1-1 draw with the Indian team in a friendly match on the occasion of FIFA Days at Thien Truong Stadium ( Nam Dinh ). The goal scorer for the Vietnamese team was 21-year-old striker Bui Vi Hao with a decisive kick in the first half.

Sharing right after the match ended, Bui Vi Hao said: "I am very happy to be on the field and score a goal for the Vietnamese team against the Indian team. As a striker, scoring a goal always makes me happy, proud and joyful."

21-year-old talent Bui Vi Hao said that every time he is called up to the national team, he always tries his best in training and takes advantage of the opportunity to learn from his seniors as well as the instructions of the coaches.

"My goal is to continue playing well at Binh Duong Club, achieve good form to be called up to the national team in the next training session," Bui Vi Hao confided.
