Khánh Hải, a coastal commune in Trần Văn Thời district, comprises 11 hamlets with nearly 3,500 households. After more than two years since achieving the new rural standard, the face of the countryside has undergone a significant transformation. Socio -economic development has been quite comprehensive, and the material and spiritual lives of the people have continuously improved. Average per capita income has reached over 59 million VND; the multidimensional poverty rate is only 0.03%.
The coastal resettlement villages in Kinh 4, Khanh Hai commune, are now receiving investment from the State, creating favorable conditions for coastal residents to develop.
