Speaking at the meeting, he highly appreciated the results achieved despite the fact that all levels, sectors and localities are having to carry out tasks at the same time, especially the organization and construction of a two-level local government. However, from now until October 31, there are still about 61,800 temporary and dilapidated houses that need to be removed, while there is not much time left (about 170 days). Therefore, all levels, sectors and localities must make greater efforts, have greater determination, and take more drastic, effective and focused actions to successfully implement the goals of the Program.
In particular, focusing on key tasks: Prioritizing funding to support housing construction for martyrs' families before July 27 and families with revolutionary contributions before September 2; mobilizing maximum resources, organizations, and units to support simple tasks to build houses for the subjects; heads of agencies and localities must "say what they say, do what they say", must implement thoroughly and flexibly; strengthen inspection, supervision, urging and reviewing to ensure construction quality, encourage people's spirit; make the most of natural conditions and local materials to build houses; strengthen information and communication work, create motivation and inspiration with the spirit of supporting "whoever has something to help".
Ministries and central agencies coordinate to allocate funds promptly for localities to implement the elimination of temporary and dilapidated houses to ensure the achievement of goals and effectiveness; at the same time, coordinate with localities to promptly reward collectives and individuals with outstanding achievements in implementing the emulation movement "Joining hands to eliminate temporary and dilapidated houses nationwide in 2025" ...
