BTO-This is one of the directions of the Standing Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Phan Van Dang during the inspection of the Phu Thinh Social Housing Apartment Complex Project (Project) and working session with Phu Thinh Real Estate Investment and Trading Company Limited on the afternoon of August 30. Also attending were representatives of a number of relevant departments, agencies and the People's Committee of Phan Thiet City.
Accordingly, the project is built in Hung Long ward, Phan Thiet city with a total investment of more than 868 billion VND. This is a social security project according to the policy of the Government and local authorities, aiming to bring favorable housing conditions for low-income people according to regulations.
The project has a scale of 3 apartment blocks, 20 floors high, with 712 apartments (540 social housing apartments; 142 commercial apartments).
Reporting at the meeting, the project investor said that the project has completed the entire reinforced concrete frame up to the roof and is in the finishing stage. It is expected that in 2024, Block C will be completed on April 30, Block B on June 30, and Block A on July 30.
However, up to now, the project has no traffic route connecting to the outside. The only route connecting to the project is route number 2 connecting to Le Loi Street, which has had its technical economic report approved since 2017, but is still in the investment preparation stage and has not been implemented. The delay in implementing the route directly affects the completion of the project. Therefore, the company recommends that the Provincial People's Committee pay attention to directing the Phan Thiet City People's Committee to quickly speed up the progress of this route...
After listening to the opinions of departments, branches and localities related to the difficulties and obstacles of the project, Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Phan Van Dang acknowledged the efforts of the investor in the past time, basically forming 3 clear basic social housing blocks.
At the same time, it is emphasized that the current goal is to accelerate the project's progress and continue to complete the project. This requires the efforts of investors and related units to ensure progress, especially the road leading to the project. Therefore, the province and departments will provide maximum support to businesses to ensure the project's success.
Regarding the company's recommendations, the provincial leaders requested the Department of Natural Resources and Environment to quickly synthesize and advise on the best solution. Phan Thiet City in particular should coordinate with relevant departments to focus on site clearance and quickly have a plan to resettle some households in the project. On the other hand, it is necessary to quickly deploy and review resettlement records for the people.
The provincial People's Committee leaders emphasized that the subjects in the social housing project need to be cared for and supported. Therefore, the Department of Construction tries to integrate and assign localities to quickly confirm the documents for review and certification.
