On July 11, Hiep Thanh Commune Police said that immediately after receiving a report from the family about the disappearance of Tran Pham Ngoc Han (2023) while at home with her grandmother in Phi Nom village, the Head of Hiep Thanh Commune Police mobilized forces to the scene, coordinating with local people to search for the child.
In recent days, the police have searched all locations and areas where the child is suspected to have gone, but have not found any trace of the victim. Along with posting a notice to find the person on the mass media, the Hiep Thanh Commune Police have also expanded the search area, deployed synchronous professional measures, and made efforts to trace the child, but to date there have been no results.
Previously, at noon on July 5, Hiep Thanh Commune Police received a report from Ms. Pham Thi Thao Vi (born 2001) that her child, Tran Pham Ngoc Han (commonly known as Sua), suddenly went missing that morning while staying with her grandmother at a hut in Phi Nom village. At the time the child went missing, the grandmother went out to garden, and the child was playing alone in the house.
