The criteria are concretized into specific campaigns and emulation movements suitable for each residential area, thereby mobilizing the active participation of members and farmers in donating land, contributing labor and materials to build rural infrastructure, improve the environmental landscape, preserve cultural identity, and ensure security and order in the locality.

Local farmers in the province donated land and labor to build rural roads.
During the period 2023-2025, members and farmers voluntarily contributed nearly 5 billion VND, over 313,000 man-days of labor, and donated over 670,000 m² of land; built and maintained over 900 km of rural roads; and repaired and reinforced over 1,100 km of canals and 226 bridges and culverts.

Many roads in the highland communes have been paved with concrete, facilitating travel and trade.
Environmental protection efforts continued to be strengthened with the construction of 2,804 garbage pits and 1,326 sanitary toilets; the establishment of 158 new models for collecting and processing household waste and livestock waste; and the maintenance and expansion of 1,868 models for environmental protection and economic development linked to climate change adaptation.
The main village road is regularly cleaned, contributing to the preservation of a clean and beautiful landscape.
The various levels of associations coordinated the construction of 187 "Bright - Green - Clean - Beautiful" roads, 227 "Farmers' Self-Managed" roads, and 55 rural road lighting projects, contributing to changing the face of rural areas.
Notably, the Provincial Farmers' Association has effectively implemented two projects, "Waste collection and treatment contributing to sustainable tourism development," in Nghia Do and Bac Ha communes. These projects have helped support agricultural land, create livelihoods and jobs, increase income, and enable members and farmers to stabilize their lives and achieve sustainable poverty reduction.
