Year-end agricultural export shipments in Dak Lak continue to contribute to the joy of the new spring. Dak Lak's export turnover in 2024 grew impressively, estimated at 1.675 billion USD, equal to 104.7% of the yearly plan, up 10.47% over the previous year.

In the bustling atmosphere of the last days of the year, on December 16, Ea H'leo Macadamia Agricultural Production, Trade and Service Cooperative, Ea H'leo district, Dak Lak province held a ceremony to officially export the first batch of macadamia nuts under the brand name "Macca Ea H'leo" to the Korean market.
The shipment, weighing 35 tons, has undergone many strict inspection steps by specialized agencies, ensuring food hygiene and safety, packaging specifications, traceability, etc. and is expected to be consumed at major supermarket chains in Korea.
Director of Ea H'leo Macadamia Agricultural Production, Trade and Service Cooperative Nguyen Van Binh said that the "Macadamia Ea H'leo" brand is built on three main pillars: sentiment, brand and quality. Developing the brand and exporting macadamia nuts is the right direction for the cooperative with a wide open market potential.
To sign an official contract to export macadamia nuts to the Korean market, the cooperative has standardized all stages of care, harvesting, and processing according to standard procedures, with clear origins, ensuring food hygiene and safety, certification of goods origin, complete invoices and documents, and technical parameters requiring high accuracy.
Previously, on December 1, in Buon Ma Thuot city, EDE Farm Service Trading Company Limited (MISS EDE) held the ceremony to export the first 20-foot container of roasted and ground coffee, including 18,000 packages of roasted and ground coffee of the MISS EDE brand to the US market.
Coffee is processed according to US FDA standard fermentation process.

It can be said that in 2024, enterprises and cooperatives in Dak Lak province continued to improve product quality, launch many new product designs; at the same time, proactively seek and expand export markets and make good use of mechanisms and policies, especially from free trade agreements that Vietnam has signed to boost exports.
Prices of agricultural products such as coffee, pepper, durian, etc. have increased, contributing significantly to the province's export turnover. In addition, the emergence of new enterprises and new products participating in official exports are also outstanding results in the province's export activities.
Up to now, Dak Lak's processed agricultural products have reached more than 70 countries and territories around the world .
The province has many agricultural products with export value and good competitiveness in the world market.
In recent times, the industry and trade sector of Dak Lak province has promoted trade promotion activities, connected trade, accompanied and supported businesses in promoting and bringing products to the world market.
Mr. Luu Van Khoi, Director of Dak Lak Department of Industry and Trade, said that promoting the achieved results, in 2025, the province strives to achieve export turnover of 1.7 billion USD.
To increase export turnover, Dak Lak continues to facilitate mechanisms and policies to support businesses and cooperatives to invest better in technology, capital, product promotion and advertising, and proactively innovate technology.
