According to our reporter's observations, restaurants and shops were busier than usual; many accommodation establishments saw a 15% increase in occupancy, with some even fully booked.

Despite the high number of guests during this holiday, the hotel has made thorough preparations, ensuring guest satisfaction.

Local cuisine also contributes to the appeal of the "coastal town" during the holidays. At Bun 09 restaurant on Ha Huy Tap street (Quy Nhon ward), signature dishes such as fish noodle soup, crab noodle soup, and jellyfish noodle soup always attract a large number of diners.

While enjoying a steaming bowl of noodle soup, Ms. Nguyen Thi Xuan, a tourist from Quang Ngai, commented: “The dish is flavorful and delicious. The restaurant is crowded but the service is quick, so we didn't have to wait long. All five members of my family are satisfied with experiencing the local flavors.”

The owner, Mr. Le Hoai Vu, said: “Customers mainly come to enjoy local specialties such as Nem Cho Huyen (fermented pork sausage), Tre Bi (pork skin sausage), Nem Chua (fermented pork sausage), Bo La Bet (beef wrapped in betel leaves), Cha Ram Tom (shrimp spring rolls), Banh Hoi (rice vermicelli)... Therefore, we proactively stock up on ingredients to ensure the best service.”
