NTO - Emulation Congress of Phan Rang City Armed Forces

On April 26, the People's Committee of Phan Rang - Thap Cham City organized the Emulation Congress for Victory of the city's armed forces for the period 2024-2029. Attending the event were comrade Chau Thi Thanh Ha, member of the Provincial Party Committee, Secretary of the Phan Rang - Thap Cham City Party Committee.

The Congress evaluated the results of the international solidarity movement in the city's armed forces in the period of 2019-2024, and at the same time determined the directions, goals, tasks, contents and main measures to continue promoting emulation, rewards and the international solidarity movement in the period of 2024-2029. Over the past 5 years, the international solidarity movement in the city's armed forces has truly penetrated into mass organizations, taking place enthusiastically in agencies, units and localities, taking the lead in performing tasks, with many rich topics, contents and forms, promptly encouraging, motivating and arousing the enthusiasm and sense of responsibility of cadres, union members and association members in each working position. Through the emulation movement, 226 collectives and 527 individuals of the city's armed forces were awarded flags, certificates of merit, and the title of "Determined to Win" Unit in performing local defense and military tasks, building a comprehensively strong unit "Exemplary model", in selecting and calling citizens to join the army and the annual TĐQT movement.

Comrade Chau Thi Thanh Ha, member of the Provincial Party Committee, Secretary of Phan Rang-Thap Cham City Party Committee, presented certificates of merit to outstanding collectives.

The Congress determined the theme of the 2024-2029 emulation movement as "Democracy, solidarity, intelligence, discipline, setting an example, determined to win", expressing the determination of the city's armed forces to continue to uphold the spirit of patriotism, revolutionary heroism, steadfastly pursuing the ideals of national independence and socialism, overcoming all difficulties and challenges, ready to receive and excellently complete assigned tasks. Continue to innovate the content, form, and measures of organizing emulation, focusing on successfully implementing the central political tasks, thoroughly resolving weak links and weaknesses, effectively performing the advisory function for Party committees and authorities to lead and direct local defense and military tasks; improve the quality and effectiveness of combat readiness work, building discipline, and training discipline; Promote the study and following of Ho Chi Minh's ideology, morality and lifestyle and the campaign "Promoting tradition, dedicating talent, worthy of Uncle Ho's soldiers", strictly implement the Resolution of the 12th Central Committee, prevent and repel the degradation of political ideology, lifestyle ethics, "self-evolution", "self-transformation" within the Party; actively participate in building civilized and affectionate urban areas, join hands in building new rural areas.

On this occasion, the People's Committee of Phan Rang - Thap Cham City awarded certificates of merit to 8 collectives and 15 individuals with outstanding achievements in the city's Armed Forces International Movement for the period 2019-2024.
