Kang Seo Ha’s passing has left friends, colleagues and fans in mourning. A friend of hers shared on social media: “Despite the pain she endured, she always thought of others. She hasn’t had anything decent to eat for months but still stubbornly paid for my meal. She was my angel.”

Kang Seo Ha's funeral will be held at Room 8 of the Funeral Hall of St. Mary's Hospital, Catholic University of Korea (Seoul). The funeral will take place at 7:40 a.m. on July 16, after which she will be buried at her family cemetery in Ham-an, South Gyeongsang Province.
