According to initial information, at around 3:00 p.m. on March 17, a middle-aged male driver driving a 5-seat car with license plate 51K - 151.xx on Nguyen An Ninh Street, from 30/4 Street to Tran Phu, collided with a small truck carrying construction materials parked on the side of the road.

Hit from behind by a 5-seat car, the small truck was pushed onto the sidewalk, broke the signpost, and then crashed into the electric bicycle display area of the store at 151 Nguyen An Ninh, causing many electric bicycles and a motorbike to be caught underneath.

After the collision, the 5-seat car ran about 10 meters and then stopped; the front of the passenger side was severely damaged, the airbag deployed, the tire exploded...


Some people at the scene said that the driver of the 5-seat car got out of the car in an unconscious state and smelled of alcohol. Because they were worried that he would continue driving, people prevented the driver from getting in the car, used rocks to block the wheels and waited for the police to arrive to handle the situation.

Currently, the authorities are examining the scene, checking alcohol levels, collecting information to clarify the cause, and handling the accident according to regulations.
