Omoda C3 "affordable" Lamborghini style supercar in China

Chery claims that the new Omoda C3 2025 is inspired by a “spaceship”, giving it an angular shape and exterior design with sharp cuts. However, this cannot avoid doubts from experts when there are many details that create associations with the Lamborghini Urus supercar line.

The front of the Omoda C3 CUV impresses with its slim LED daytime running lights, positioned right above the main headlights. The two headlights are placed on either side of the front bumper and are connected by a large black panel in the middle. At the same time, below the panel is an extended radiator grille with vertical bars.

At the rear, the LED taillights feature a lightning bolt motif and are housed in a horizontal L-shaped black panel. The center is a modern OMODA badge. The wheel arches also feature an angular design while the door handles and C-pillars are black.

The Omoda C4 interior also has the same “Starship Cockpit” design language as the exterior. The highlight is the red decorative light strip running around, extending from the door through the dashboard and all the way to the opposite door.

Behind the steering wheel is a large digital instrument cluster, while a vertical rectangular central screen handles infotainment functions. The start button on the center console has a red cover that is said to be inspired by Lamborghini.

Surrounding are quick access keys to the vehicle's operating controls.

Elsewhere, the climate control buttons are integrated into the touchscreen, while the gearshift lever is located behind the steering wheel similar to many recent modern car models.

The Omoda C3 also features the “Starship Commander Seat” with a gamer-style cockpit. In addition, the new model is also offered with a wide range of paint options and accessories.

At the launch event in China, Chery did not provide detailed information about the powertrain, technical specifications or price of the Omoda C3 . However, the Chinese car company said that the Omoda C3 will be sold in China and globally from October this year.
