Found the "fateful" place to live more than 1,600km from Saigon
Mr. Nguyen Dac Thang (35 years old) compared moving his whole family from Saigon to Ecopark Urban Area to a "destiny". Just because he got lost once and suddenly had the urge to turn to Ecopark to "see what it was like here", he moved from a strange land here to live, accepting to fly to Saigon to work 2 days a week.

Leaving his hometown Hai Duong at the age of 18, living and working in all three regions, from Hanoi, Da Nang, Nha Trang, Ninh Thuan to Saigon, Can Tho, Mr. Thang had the opportunity to come into contact with many different living environments. By chance, he experienced the green, convenient living space and fell in love with Ecopark without realizing it. He compared this place to Singapore - green, clean, beautiful, modern. Even though he lives in Saigon, every now and then, his whole family comes here to stay for a week to change the atmosphere. The living space here convinced him to move his whole family here since July 2023.

“ My main job is working on the Internet, so I can be proactive with my time. Every week, I only need to fly to Saigon for 2 days to handle work,” Mr. Thang shared.
Living in Ecopark, work is still going smoothly while he has more time for his family and children. Every day, besides the time for exercising , he can sit in a cafe, read books and then work. In the afternoon, after picking up the children, the whole family plays sports in the park, swims together... in the evening, they study, watch TV, build legos...
The city of a million trees impresses Saigon men because everything is complete. No need to go far, all needs from ordinary to high-class are met. The investor cares about essential services such as schools, sports fields, service restaurants. Children have a modern educational environment thanks to the inter-level school system and international health care system. " Although my family has 2 cars, my favorite means of transportation is a bicycle. Nowhere in Vietnam can you do the amazing thing of riding a bicycle to play golf," he said with a smile.

“ The special thing is that living here, the children confidently go to school every day by bicycle, even though they are very young. Cars drive slowly and give way to motorcyclists. Security guards always encourage the children on the slope of Bong Lau bridge or silently stop motorbikes so that students do not stop on the slope. All of this makes Ecopark a truly livable place, especially for the children, ” the father of two boys added.
From strange land to familiar land
The special attraction of Ecopark also made Ms. Dinh Thi Diu decide to move her whole family from Thai Binh City to a strange land to live. Before moving here, Ms. Diu's family lived on a new street near the park, school, hospital, market... the cost of living is cheap, the children go to public school which is also very good, convenient in all aspects.
However, to give their children a better learning environment, Ms. Diu and her husband still cherished the plan of bringing their children to Hanoi. After researching several schools in Hanoi but not being satisfied, she registered her children for the entrance exam at Greenfield bilingual school, which is over 25,000 square meters in Ecopark urban area. The first time she came to the million-tree urban area, the green scenery here captivated her. The decision to move was made in a "flash of a second". Now her three sons are about to enter Greenfield school and her youngest daughter is also preparing to go to preschool.
“ Although I have not been to every corner of the urban area, I really like what I have experienced. This place not only has a safe living environment, green, clean space, fresh air, friendly and civilized people... but is also very suitable for people with an introverted personality but not too quiet. When you want quiet, there is a suitable space or when you want a bustling life, there is a bustling place," she shared.

Many residents like Mr. Thang and Ms. Diu came to Ecopark to live because of love. They are willing to leave the bustling city to come to a place worth returning to.
Talking about Ecopark, Ms. Nguyen Huyen Dieu (currently a Literature teacher) said that the decision to move here was the right one. Previously, in her eyes, this urban area was far from the center of Hanoi, inconvenient to travel, so even though her parents and siblings advised her for a long time, she still did not succeed. “ I heard the words Eco and Park and was fascinated, but after looking at the map, I struggled because I did not want to leave the bustling city, did not want to live in the suburbs because it was too far, and was afraid that work would no longer be favorable. At that time, I was afraid of many things, ” Ms. Dieu shared.

Wandering through online community groups, she saw a house for sale, and thought about checking it out, and then Ecopark also captivated the young couple. From a girl who used to complain about the long, wet road, she decided to buy and transferred the deposit to hold the house within 15 minutes. She thought that buying the house was just an impulse, but that house completely changed the life of Ms. Dieu's family.
“ Spiritually speaking, it is true that the house has good fortune, good feng shui and everything improves from the family atmosphere, children, health and economy. When I come here, I am less sensitive because I actually love beauty, seeing anything beautiful relieves stress. Maybe that is also the reason why the family is peaceful and harmonious ,” she said.
Having lived in a narrow alley surrounded by only elderly people and no neighbors, since moving to Ecopark, Ms. Dieu has easily started conversations with the neighbors. “ Whenever we have difficulties, we can easily ask each other for help. Children come to each other’s houses to eat or secretly ask for food in a very natural and generous way ,” Ms. Dieu said.
Ecopark has also changed the lives of many people, including Ms. Le Thuy Hang. Wishing to have a peaceful place to live, fresh air, lots of trees, and a better life for her children, in 2021, Ms. Hang decided to move from the center of Hanoi to Ecopark.

Her current job allows Ms. Hang to be proactive with her time and work from anywhere. But the living space here gives her more material to work more effectively. From someone who is always busy with work and children, she has begun to learn to live more slowly. " For a long time, whenever I come back from somewhere and reach the turn to Ecopark, I feel relieved, like I am coming home, " Ms. Hang confided.
For a long time, Ecopark has been loved by everyone not only for its green space but also for its lovely people. Ecopark residents, each with their own circumstances and stories, all come because of love, and want to stay for a long time because of affection.
