Mr. Le Minh Ngan has been appointed Secretary of the Lai Chau Provincial Party Committee.

Mr. Le Minh Ngan, Permanent Deputy Secretary of the Lai Chau Provincial Party Committee, was elected to the position of Secretary of the Lai Chau Provincial Party Committee for the 2025-2030 term.

On the morning of September 19th, the 15th Lai Chau Provincial Party Congress, for the 2025-2030 term, continued its second day of work, reporting on the results of the first meeting of the Provincial Party Committee.

On the afternoon of September 18th, the 15th Executive Committee of the Lai Chau Provincial Party Committee held its first meeting to elect the Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee, the Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, the Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, the Provincial Party Committee's Inspection Committee, and the Chairman of the Provincial Party Committee's Inspection Committee.

The conference elected Mr. Le Minh Ngan to the position of Secretary of the Lai Chau Provincial Party Committee.

Mr. Le Van Luong and Mr. Sung A Ho were elected as Deputy Secretaries of the Lai Chau Provincial Party Committee.

The Provincial Party Committee's Inspection Committee was elected with 13 members. Mr. Nguyen Ngoc Vinh was elected as the Chairman of the Provincial Party Committee's Inspection Committee.

Mr. Le Minh Ngan was born in 1969 in Quang Tri province, holds a master's degree in economics, and has advanced political theory qualifications.

Earlier on September 6th, the Lai Chau Provincial Party Committee announced the decision of the Party Central Committee on the transfer and appointment of Mr. Le Minh Ngan - Deputy Minister of Agriculture and Environment - to the Provincial Party Committee and Standing Committee, holding the position of Permanent Deputy Secretary of the Lai Chau Provincial Party Committee for the 2020-2025 term.

Prior to assuming the position of Deputy Minister of Agriculture and Environment (from March 2025), Mr. Ngan previously served as Deputy Minister of Natural Resources and Environment, Vice Chairman of the People's Committee of Quang Binh province (now Quang Tri province), and Director of the Department of Natural Resources and Environment of Quang Binh province.
