Mr. Le Minh Ngan, Standing Deputy Secretary of Lai Chau Provincial Party Committee, was elected to hold the position of Secretary of Lai Chau Provincial Party Committee for the 2025-2030 term.

On the morning of September 19, the 15th Lai Chau Provincial Party Congress, term 2025-2030, continued its second working day, reporting the results of the first meeting of the Provincial Party Executive Committee.

On the afternoon of September 18, the 15th Lai Chau Provincial Party Executive Committee held its first meeting to elect the Provincial Party Standing Committee, Provincial Party Secretary, Deputy Provincial Party Secretary, Provincial Party Inspection Committee, and Chairman of the Provincial Party Inspection Committee.

The conference elected Mr. Le Minh Ngan to hold the position of Secretary of Lai Chau Provincial Party Committee.

Elect Mr. Le Van Luong and Mr. Sung A Ho to hold the position of Deputy Secretary of Lai Chau Provincial Party Committee.

The Provincial Party Committee's Inspection Commission was elected, consisting of 13 members. Mr. Nguyen Ngoc Vinh was elected as Chairman of the Provincial Party Committee's Inspection Commission.

Mr. Le Minh Ngan was born in 1969, from Quang Tri, has a master's degree in economics and advanced political theory.

Previously, on September 6, Lai Chau Provincial Party Committee announced the decision of the Secretariat on the transfer and appointment of Mr. Le Minh Ngan - Deputy Minister of Agriculture and Environment - to join the Executive Committee, Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee, holding the position of Permanent Deputy Secretary of Lai Chau Provincial Party Committee for the 2020-2025 term.

Before holding the position of Deputy Minister of Agriculture and Environment (from March 2025), Mr. Ngan worked as Deputy Minister of Natural Resources and Environment, Vice Chairman of the People's Committee of Quang Binh province (now Quang Tri), and Director of the Department of Natural Resources and Environment of Quang Binh province.
