Mr. Le Ngoc Quang holds the position of Secretary of the Da Nang City Party Committee.

Mr. Le Ngoc Quang, Secretary of the Quang Tri Provincial Party Committee, has been transferred, assigned, and appointed by the Politburo to be the Secretary of the Da Nang City Party Committee.

On the evening of October 16th, at the Da Nang City Party Committee, the Central Organizing Committee announced the Politburo 's decision on personnel matters.

According to Decision No. 2447, the Politburo decided to appoint Mr. Le Ngoc Quang, Member of the Central Committee of the Party and Secretary of the Quang Tri Provincial Party Committee, to the position of Secretary of the Da Nang City Party Committee (term 2025 - 2030).

At the ceremony, on behalf of the Politburo , Mr. Le Minh Hung, Politburo member, Secretary of the Central Committee of the Party, and Head of the Central Organization Department, presented the decision and congratulated Mr. Le Ngoc Quang.

Mr. Le Ngoc Quang, a member of the 13th Central Committee of the Communist Party of Vietnam and former Secretary of the Quang Binh Provincial Party Committee, has been appointed by the Central Committee as the new Secretary of the Quang Tri Provincial Party Committee for the 2020-2025 term following the merger of Quang Binh and Quang Tri provinces.

Mr. Le Minh Hung, Member of the Political Bureau, Secretary of the Central Committee of the Party, and Head of the Central Organization Department, presented the decision to Mr. Le Ngoc Quang.

Mr. Le Ngoc Quang was born on January 21, 1974, in Thieu Duong commune, Thieu Hoa district, Thanh Hoa province. He holds an advanced level of political theory training and a Bachelor's degree in Journalism.

Prior to November 2019, Mr. Le Ngoc Quang was the Head of the News Department at Vietnam Television.

In December 2019, Mr. Quang was appointed as the Standing Deputy General Director of Vietnam Television and concurrently a member of the National Traffic Safety Committee.

On January 30, 2021, at the 13th National Congress of the Party, Mr. Le Ngoc Quang was elected as a member of the Central Committee of the Party for the 13th term, 2021-2026.

On March 22, 2021, Mr. Le Ngoc Quang assumed the position of Director General of Vietnam Television.

On October 31, 2024, the Politburo issued a decision to transfer, assign, and appoint Mr. Le Ngoc Quang to the Executive Committee, the Standing Committee, and the position of Secretary of the Quang Binh Provincial Party Committee for the 2020-2025 term.

On July 1, 2025, Mr. Quang was appointed to the position of Secretary of the (new) Quang Tri Provincial Party Committee for the 2020-2025 term.

At the first Quang Tri Provincial Party Congress, which took place on October 5th, Mr. Le Ngoc Quang, Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, was re-elected as Secretary of the Quang Tri Provincial Party Committee for the 2025-2030 term.

Later that same day, at the Dak Lak Provincial Party Committee headquarters, Mr. Le Minh Hung, Head of the Central Organization Department, presented the Politburo's decision to transfer, assign, and appoint Mr. Luong Nguyen Minh Triet, Secretary of the Da Nang City Party Committee, to the position of Secretary of the Dak Lak Provincial Party Committee (term 2025 - 2030).
