Mr. Le Ngoc Quang holds the position of Secretary of the Da Nang City Party Committee.

Mr. Le Ngoc Quang, Secretary of Quang Tri Provincial Party Committee, was assigned and appointed by the Politburo to be Secretary of Da Nang City Party Committee.

On the evening of October 16, at the Da Nang City Party Committee, the Central Organizing Committee announced the Politburo 's decision on personnel work.

Pursuant to Decision No. 2447, the Politburo decided to appoint Mr. Le Ngoc Quang, member of the Party Central Committee, Secretary of the Quang Tri Provincial Party Committee, to hold the position of Secretary of the Da Nang City Party Committee (term 2025 - 2030).

At the ceremony, on behalf of the Politburo , Mr. Le Minh Hung, Politburo member, Secretary of the Party Central Committee, Head of the Central Organization Committee presented the decision and congratulated Mr. Le Ngoc Quang.

Mr. Le Ngoc Quang, member of the 13th Party Central Committee, Secretary of the Quang Binh Provincial Party Committee (old) was appointed by the Central Committee as Secretary of the Quang Tri Provincial Party Committee (new) for the 2020-2025 term after the merger of Quang Binh and Quang Tri provinces.

Mr. Le Minh Hung, Politburo member, Secretary of the Party Central Committee, Head of the Central Organization Committee presented the decision to Mr. Le Ngoc Quang.

Mr. Le Ngoc Quang was born on January 21, 1974, hometown Thieu Duong commune, Thieu Hoa district, Thanh Hoa province. Advanced political theory degree; professional degree: Bachelor of Journalism.

Before November 2019, Mr. Le Ngoc Quang was Head of News Department, Vietnam Television.

In December 2019, Mr. Quang was appointed as Permanent Deputy General Director of Vietnam Television and Member of the National Traffic Safety Committee.

On January 30, 2021, at the 13th National Congress of the Party, Mr. Le Ngoc Quang was elected as a member of the 13th Party Central Committee, term 2021 - 2026.

On March 22, 2021, Mr. Le Ngoc Quang held the position of General Director of Vietnam Television Station.

On October 31, 2024, the Politburo decided to transfer, assign and appoint Mr. Le Ngoc Quang to participate in the Executive Committee, Standing Committee and hold the position of Secretary of the Quang Binh Provincial Party Committee, term 2020 - 2025.

On July 1, 2025, Mr. Quang was appointed to hold the position of Secretary of the Quang Tri Provincial Party Committee (new) for the 2020-2025 term.

At the 1st Quang Tri Provincial Party Congress held on October 5, Mr. Le Ngoc Quang, Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, continued to hold the position of Secretary of the Quang Tri Provincial Party Committee for the 2025-2030 term.

On the same afternoon, at the Dak Lak Provincial Party Committee headquarters, Mr. Le Minh Hung, Head of the Central Organizing Committee, presented the Politburo's decision to transfer, assign, and appoint Mr. Luong Nguyen Minh Triet, Secretary of the Da Nang City Party Committee, to hold the position of Dak Lak Provincial Party Committee Secretary (term 2025 - 2030).
