Mr. Nguyen Quoc Ky is a strategic advisor for Vietravel Airlines.

(NLDO) – Vietravel Airlines informed that former Chairman and Founder of Vietravel Airlines Nguyen Quoc Ky will not participate in the company's Board of Directors for the new term.

On the afternoon of April 2, Mr. Nguyen Quoc Ky, founder of Vietravel Airlines, said he would still participate in the advisory board for the airline's Board of Directors with T&T Chairman Do Quang Hien.

"The fact that Vietravel Airlines has T&T Group as a strategic shareholder shows the airline's development potential," said Mr. Ky.

At noon the same day, in the information released by Vietravel Airlines, former Chairman and Founder of Vietravel Airlines Nguyen Quoc Ky did not participate in the company's Board of Directors for the new term. Mr. Ky and Mr. Hien will participate in the role of strategic advisors for this airline. Previously, Mr. Ky was Chairman of the Board of Directors of Vietravel Airlines since its establishment in 2020.

According to Mr. Nguyen Quoc Ky, the transfer of this share is an important step in realizing the company's investment and sustainable development plan. As of November 2024, Vietravel Airlines has a charter capital of 1,300 billion VND, connecting two major centers, Hanoi and Ho Chi Minh City, to domestic and international tourist cities such as: Da Nang, Da Lat, Quy Nhon, Nha Trang, Phu Quoc, Hue and Bangkok (Thailand).
