Mr. Pham Huy Binh has been appointed Director of the Ho Chi Minh City Department of Tourism.

At the ceremony on the afternoon of September 30th, Mr. Pham Huy Binh was appointed Director of the Ho Chi Minh City Department of Tourism. Ms. Nguyen Thi Anh Hoa, Director of the Ho Chi Minh City Department of Tourism, was transferred to become Chairwoman of the Board of Members of Saigontourist Group.

At the ceremony, Mr. Nguyen Bac Nam, Deputy Director of the Ho Chi Minh City Department of Internal Affairs, announced the decision to appoint Ms. Nguyen Thi Anh Hoa, Director of the Department of Tourism , to the position of Chairperson of the Board of Members of Saigontourist Group, a 100% state-owned enterprise.

Simultaneously, Mr. Pham Huy Binh, Chairman of the Board of Members of Saigontourist Group, was appointed Director of the Ho Chi Minh City Department of Tourism. Both appointments are for a term of 5 years.

Ms. Nguyen Thi Thuy Linh, former Deputy Director of the Department of Foreign Affairs of Binh Duong province (before the merger), has been appointed as Deputy Chief of the Office of the People's Committee of Ho Chi Minh City.

In addition, the leadership team of Ho Chi Minh City Television (HTV) has also been restructured following the consolidation of administrative boundaries and the reorganization of its affiliated media outlets.

Mr. Cao Anh Minh continues to hold the position of General Director of HTV, along with 5 deputy directors including Mr. Thai Thanh Chung, Ms. Diep Buu Chi, Mr. Nguyen Quoc Binh, Mr. Nguyen Thanh Quang and Mr. Truong Thanh Phong.
