Mr. Thai Dang Khoa holds the position of Secretary of the Soc Trang City Party Committee.

On April 1st, the leaders of the Soc Trang Provincial Party Committee's Organization Department announced the decision of the Provincial Party Standing Committee to transfer and appoint Mr. Thai Dang Khoa, a Provincial Party Committee member, from his position as Chief of the Provincial Party Committee Office to be transferred and appointed to the Executive Committee and Standing Committee of the Soc Trang City Party Committee, holding the position of Secretary of the Soc Trang City Party Committee for the 2020-2025 term.

Previously, the Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee agreed to allow Mr. Nguyen Van Quan, Member of the Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee and Secretary of the Soc Trang City Party Committee, to resign from the Provincial Party Committee Executive Board, the Provincial Party Committee Standing Committee for the 2020-2025 term, the City Party Committee Executive Board, the City Party Committee Standing Committee, and to relinquish his position as Secretary of the Soc Trang City Party Committee for the 2020-2025 term, at his personal request, effective April 1st.

Mr. Thai Dang Khoa (42 years old, originally from Soc Trang City) previously held the positions of Deputy Secretary of the Nga Nam Town Party Committee and Deputy Chief of the Provincial Party Committee Office.
