At the first session, the Executive Committee of the 15th Dien Bien Provincial Party Committee elected the Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee, Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Inspection Committee and Chairman of the Inspection Committee.

The results of the first session of the Provincial Party Executive Committee, term 2025-2030, elected the Provincial Party Standing Committee consisting of 14 members. Mr. Tran Tien Dung - Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, term XIV was elected to hold the position of Secretary of the Dien Bien Provincial Party Committee, term XV, term 2025-2030.

The new Secretary of Dien Bien Provincial Party Committee, Tran Tien Dung, affirmed that the Provincial Party Committee of the 15th tenure will focus on concretizing and resolutely implementing the goals and tasks set out by the Congress, taking the "Dien Bien Phu Spirit" as a peacetime command for development. Each comrade in the Committee will attach personal responsibility to work results in the spirit of "clear people, clear work, clear responsibilities, clear time, clear results", determined to build Dien Bien into a fairly developed province in the region.
