Mr. Trump has vowed to repeal all gun restrictions enacted by President Biden if he wins the November election.
"Every attack by Mr. Biden on gun owners and gun manufacturers will end within the first week, or even the first day, of my inauguration," former President Donald Trump told thousands of supporters at a National Rifle Association (NRA) event in Harrisburg, Pennsylvania, on February 9, referring to President Joe Biden.
Mr. Trump promised to repeal restrictions on the sale of gun accessories such as hand braces and pistol grips, along with other regulations enacted by the Biden administration.
The former president said “nobody is going to touch your guns” if he is re-elected. Trump also praised anti-gun restrictions efforts during his first term in the White House.
"During my four years, there were no restrictions on guns, even though we faced a lot of pressure. We did not give in," he said.

The NRA has been a staunch supporter of Trump’s 2016 campaign and his first term in the White House. In his eighth speech at an NRA event this week, Trump urged his supporters to help him get to the polls in November.
Trump's gun comments came a day after he won the Nevada and US Virgin Islands caucuses, moving one step closer to the Republican nomination.
Former President Trump won the Iowa and New Hampshire primaries, earning him a total of 60 delegates. Candidates need to win at least 1,215 of the 2,429 delegates to become the Republican nominee for president in November.
