Center back Pham Ly Duc has been confirmed to have fully recovered from his injury. According to the latest images posted by HAGL, Ly Duc and the team from the mountain town moved to Thien Truong stadium to prepare for the match against Nam Dinh in round 23.

Although it is unclear whether Ly Duc will officially play in the next match, his recovery and ability to play again is considered a positive sign for HAGL, especially in the context of the season entering the final stage. Ly Duc's return at this important time helps HAGL "grow wings" when they are still uncertain about their place in the league and need points in each remaining round. Facing a Nam Dinh team with stable performance and aiming for the championship, the team from the mountain town needs a solid defense to be able to think about winning points.

Not only does it bring hope to HAGL, Pham Ly Duc's return is also a welcome signal for coach Kim Sang-sik at the national team level. This central defender was once called up to the Vietnam national team and is part of the team's long-term plan. With an ideal physique, modern football thinking and stable performance, Ly Duc is expected to be a quality backup option for the team's defense in the near future.

Previously, the player born in 2003 suffered a knee injury after landing on the degraded My Dinh Stadium in the quarter-final of the National Cup at the end of March. He suffered soft tissue edema around the ligament and a grade two ligament sprain and needed about a month and a half to recover.
