Launching the movement "Quang Tri Armed Forces compete in innovation and digital transformation"

This afternoon, July 28th, the Provincial Military Command held a ceremony to launch the emulation movement "Quang Tri Armed Forces Emulate Innovation and Digital Transformation" and "Digital Literacy for the People". Colonel Doan Sinh Hoa, Member of the Provincial Party Standing Committee and Commander of the Provincial Military Command, presided over the launching ceremony.

Based on the specific tasks and the spirit of the Politburo 's resolution on "Breakthroughs in the development of science, technology, innovation, and national digital transformation," and in order to promptly raise awareness, sense of responsibility, and create positive motivation for officers, staff, and soldiers, the Provincial Military Command has identified five basic and practical contents and objectives of the digital transformation emulation movement in the provincial armed forces.

The focus is on promoting education and propaganda to create a strong shift in awareness and responsibility regarding the task of digital transformation; ensuring synchronized investment in digital infrastructure to create a solid foundation for digital transformation; and applying science and technology, innovation, and digital technology in administrative reform...

To ensure the emulation movement develops steadily, deeply, and broadly, the Provincial Military Command has set targets: by the end of 2025, 80% of officers and soldiers will have a certain understanding of digital transformation; by 2026, 100% of officers and soldiers will have the knowledge and skills to use digital platforms and services to serve their work, and know how to protect themselves in the digital environment; and from 2027-2030, 100% of officers and soldiers will be proficient in digital transformation.

Based on the content and objectives of the emulation campaign, the Provincial Military Command requests that Party committees and commanders of agencies and units concretize them into action programs at their respective levels so that the emulation movement can spread widely and sustainably.
