Launching emulation movement to implement national target programs in 2025

The Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee has just issued a plan to launch an emulation movement to implement the National Target Programs in the province in 2025 (program).

National target program on new rural construction

Strengthen and improve the quality of criteria in communes that have been recognized as meeting standards, resolutely not allowing communes to have their recognition revoked. Communes strive to raise standards by 1 level or overcome the situation of falling standards (for communes that have been recognized). Specifically, for communes that have not been recognized as meeting new rural standards (according to levels), strive to meet standards according to plan; for communes that have not been recognized as new rural areas in the year of launching the emulation movement, increase at least 5 criteria or more; communes that have been recognized as new rural areas (according to levels) with criteria falling standards, overcome at least 3 criteria or more in the year.

Strive to disburse 95% or more of the assigned capital plan.

National target program for sustainable poverty reduction

Strive to reduce the poverty rate in the province by at least 0.09% by the end of 2025. Strive to disburse 95% or more of the assigned capital plan.

National target program for socio -economic development of ethnic minority and mountainous areas

Strive to complete 100% of the planned targets for projects, sub-projects, and components of the program.

Reduce the poverty rate among ethnic minorities by 2% or more; by the end of 2025, the average income of ethnic minorities will increase by more than 2 times compared to 2020.

Complete the support in 2025 for residential land for 31 households and housing for 391 households; complete the settlement of residents in the form of on-site settlement; maintain 100% of communes in the region with asphalted and concreted roads to the commune center; prioritize investment in completing the traffic infrastructure system for 05 communes in region III and invest in adding 01 Salatel for ethnic minority areas.

Basically complete the targets of the target group in the fields of education , health and health care for the people; the rate of laborers of working age receiving vocational training; preserve and develop the values and good traditional cultural identities of the ethnic groups in the area.

By the end of 2025, at least 40% of communes (equivalent to 02 communes) and 51.2% of hamlets and wards (22 hamlets and wards) will be out of extremely difficult areas.
