Implementing Directive No. 35-CT/TW dated June 14, 2024 of the Politburo on Party congresses at all levels towards the 14th National Party Congress , the Party Central Committee Office has coordinated with the National Political Publishing House Truth to urgently edit, publish and widely distribute the Draft documents to be submitted to the 14th Party Congress (documents used at congresses of Party cells and grassroots Party committees), serving the discussion and contribution of Party members at congresses of Party cells and grassroots Party committees (communes, wards, towns and equivalent).
According to the representative of the National Political Publishing House Truth, the draft of the above documents includes 4 important contents: Summary of the Draft Political Report at the 14th National Party Congress; Summary of the Draft Report summarizing a number of theoretical and practical issues on the socialist-oriented renovation process over the past 40 years in Vietnam; Summary of the Draft Report assessing 5 years of implementing the 10-year Socio -Economic Development Strategy 2021 - 2030, directions and tasks for socio -economic development for 5 years 2026 - 2030; Summary of the Draft Report summarizing Party building work and implementation of the Party Charter during the 13th National Congress term.
The document also suggests some contents in the draft reports that party members need to focus on discussing at congresses of party cells and grassroots party committees.
Draft documents submitted to the 14th National Party Congress (documents used at congresses of Party cells and grassroots Party committees) were widely released nationwide today, December 15, 2024.
Documents will be distributed to party cells, serving congresses of party cells and grassroots party committees from the end of December 2024.
