Preserve and research to enrich the cultural values of the relic complex, educate the tradition of patriotism, national pride, and the morality of remembering the source of water for generations of Vietnamese people. Create a premise to propose the recognition of the historical and cultural relic complex of Con Son - Kiep Bac as a world cultural heritage. The Con Son - Kiep Bac special national relic site is a fascinating natural area with the shape of rivers and mountains blending together to create a sacred and mysterious space. Through the ups and downs of time, the land of Con Son - Kiep Bac still retains many extremely unique cultural sedimentary layers of successive dynasties. Kiep Bac Temple is located in the two villages of Duoc Son and Van Kiep, Hung Dao commune, Chi Linh city, is the place to worship Hung Dao Dai Vuong Tran Quoc Tuan. Kiep Bac is the combined name of the two areas of Van Yen and Duoc Son, Bac village. This is an important relic in the Con Son - Kiep Bac relic area. With Con Son - Kiep Bac, there are two traditional festivals in spring and autumn. The spring festival commemorates the death anniversary of the Third Holy Ancestor Huyen Quang. The Con Son spring festival has many rituals such as: Mong Son Thi Thuc ceremony, the ceremony to worship heaven and earth on Ngu Nhac Linh Tu, the water procession, and many folk games such as: Swinging, cockfighting, human chess, wrestling... The autumn festival commemorates the death anniversary of Saint Tran Hung Dao and the death anniversary of National Hero, World Cultural Celebrity Nguyen Trai. The Kiep Bac temple autumn festival has many famous rituals and folk performances such as: The ceremony to offer food to the Saint, the military festival on Luc Dau river, the peace-praying ceremony and the lantern festival on Luc Dau river, the custom of serving the Saint, the ceremony to bestow the seal of Saint Tran... Folk games such as: Wrestling, boat racing, duck catching, rice cooking competition, jumping... During the festival, hundreds of thousands of tourists and people from all over the country come to offer incense and worship. In the Con Son spring festival such as: Water procession, bathing ceremony, Mong Son Thi Thuc ceremony, the ceremony to worship heaven and earth on Ngu Nhac Linh Tu; Commemoration ceremony of the famous person Nguyen Trai, Quan Dai Tu Do Tran Nguyen Dan and unique folk games such as: swinging, cockfighting, folk wrestling, Cheo singing, Quan Ho singing... Every year, the quality is supplemented, upgraded and the scale of performances is expanded through each festival to enrich the content of the festival such as: Hai Duong Province Fireworks Festival, Chung cake wrapping and Day cake pounding contest, Tran Hung Dao death anniversary, Culture, Tourism and Trade Promotion Week in the Spring and Autumn festivals. Preserve and restore relics in the planning research area in 3 key areas: Con Son, Kiep Bac and Phuong Hoang, build a number of new relics such as: Truc Lam Zen symbol on the top of Con Son mountain, bell tower on Ngu Nhac peak, victory monument on the top of Tran Rong mountain and Traditional education house on Phuong Hoang mountain, build works related to protecting the relic site, serving festivals and developing tourism, services, building technical infrastructure, including: renovating, upgrading, building new traffic routes, parking lots, boat wharves, dredging rivers and lakes; building electricity, water supply and drainage and environmental sanitation systems in the relic site. The system of intangible cultural heritage of Con Son - Kiep Bac is very rich and diverse. Besides preserving tangible cultural values, preserving, restoring and preserving intangible cultural values is an urgent task.
