

Specifically, on June 27, the Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism announced the List of National Intangible Cultural Heritages, in which it decided to include the Intangible Cultural Heritage of Knowledge of Processing Grilled Fish, Blue-Gourd Duck and Leaf-Melted Wine of the Tay People in Nghia Do Commune and the Intangible Cultural Heritage of New Rice Festival (Da So Da) of the Xa Pho People in the areas of Van Ban, Chieng Ken, Duong Quy and Vo Lao Communes.


The Provincial People's Committee assigned the Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism to preside over and coordinate with relevant agencies, units and localities to develop and promulgate plans, and at the same time guide and direct units and localities to implement measures to continue preserving and promoting the values of the heritages that have just been included in the List of National Intangible Cultural Heritages to ensure practicality, effectiveness, suitability to actual conditions and in accordance with current legal regulations.
The People's Committees of the communes of Nghia Do, Van Ban, Chieng Ken, Duong Quy, and Vo Lao proactively developed detailed local plans to preserve and promote the values of the heritages that have just been included in the National List of Intangible Cultural Heritage.
