Promoting the effective use of facilities at the headquarters of the two Tay Ninh provinces

According to the review report of the Department of Finance, the total number of working offices and public service establishments in Tan Ninh ward is 352 (land area: 19,464,797 m²; house area: 474,856 m²). The working offices of state agencies, agencies of the Communist Party of Vietnam , the Fatherland Front and organizations are 53 (land area: 152,760 m²; house area: 72,362 m²). The public service establishments are 181 (land area: 19,000,987.62 m²; house area: 327,079.44 m²). There are 118 medical centers and medical stations in districts, towns and cities (land area: 311,049 m²; house area: 75,415 m²).

After the merger, the number of working headquarters of state agencies, agencies of the Communist Party of Vietnam, the Fatherland Front and organizations still in use is 40, 04 facilities were transferred and 09 facilities were recovered and handed over to organizations with the function of managing, trading houses and developing land funds. The number of public service units' career facilities that continue to be used is 171, 01 facility was transferred and 09 facilities were recovered. The number of medical centers and health stations in districts, towns and cities that continue to be used is 101, 17 facilities that are no longer needed have been transferred and recovered.

At the survey locations, Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Nguyen Van Ut and members of the delegation surveyed the actual facilities and equipment available at the second facility; the plan for arranging and assigning staff, civil servants, public employees, and workers of provincial agencies and units to work at the second facility.

Through reports and field surveys, Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Nguyen Van Ut assessed that the current status of facilities and equipment at facility 2 basically meets the working arrangement needs of provincial departments, branches and sectors.

Ensure that operations at the two facilities are synchronous, smooth, effective, and efficient; consistent with the functions and tasks of each agency and unit; do not leave vacancies in the area and field of responsibility; promote the effective use of existing facilities, materials, and equipment at the headquarters of facility 2, ensuring the quality of the working environment; enhance the application of information technology and digital transformation in the management and operation of work of agencies and units; the arrangement must be clear and transparent in terms of responsibilities, consistent with the job position, creating consensus among cadres, civil servants, public employees, and workers./.
