Developing Party members in Bat Mot

Despite being a border commune facing many difficulties, the Party Committee and government of Bat Mot commune have paid special attention to the work of developing Party members over the years, achieving many positive results and contributing to improving the leadership capacity and fighting strength of the Party organization.

Like many Party branches in rural and mountainous areas of the province, the Party branch of Kheo village faces numerous difficulties in developing Party members, especially in recruiting new members. The main reasons are that some young people tend to leave their hometowns to work elsewhere; students and graduates are reluctant to return to their localities after graduation because it is difficult to find jobs; and the few who remain are only interested in developing their family's economy and have no desire to strive to join the Party...

Mr. Vi Van Sang, Secretary of the Kheo Village Party Branch, shared: “To achieve the target of developing Party members, the Party branch has directed mass organizations to constantly innovate the content and methods of their activities to attract more and more active members to participate in activities. In particular, Party members must always be exemplary leaders in all village activities and movements, thereby creating trust for people to learn from, enhancing the position of the Party organization so that the masses strive to join the Party ranks. From the beginning of 2026 until now, the Kheo Village Party Branch has admitted 1 new Party member, bringing the total number of Party members in the branch to 17.”

According to Luong Thi Luu, Deputy Secretary of the Bat Mot Commune Party Committee, the Bat Mot Commune Party Committee has set a target of recruiting 65 new Party members for the 2025-2030 term. The commune Party Committee has focused on implementing a comprehensive set of solutions to create a pool of potential members, provide training, and recruit new Party members. The identification and recommendation of outstanding individuals are carried out through patriotic emulation movements, mass organization activities, and local socio-economic development tasks. The recruitment process has been expanded to include various groups such as students and workers in enterprises. In particular, the commune Party Committee focuses on members of youth organizations and associations such as farmers' associations, women's associations, and youth unions. These are young, dynamic individuals with a spirit of dedication and a receptiveness to revolutionary ideals. Through practical activities, many outstanding individuals have been tested, trained, and matured, becoming an important source for Party development. The work of fostering awareness about the Party was organized seriously and ensured quality. The classes were innovative in content and methods, linked to local practical theory, helping the masses better understand the goals and ideals of the Party, thereby enhancing their motivation to strive to join the Party.

Thanks to many positive solutions, from the beginning of the 2025-2030 term to the present, the Party Committee of Bat Mot commune has admitted 11 new Party members, raising the total number of Party members in the entire Party committee to 434; the quality of new Party members is increasingly improving, possessing sufficient leadership capacity to carry out political tasks in the locality.

In the coming period, the Party Committee of Bat Mot commune will continue to strengthen propaganda work and raise awareness among the masses; focus on training potential members through various movements, and at the same time enhance the responsibility of Party branches in monitoring and assisting outstanding individuals to join the Party...
