Accordingly, to further develop night tourism tours, the Hanoi Department of Tourism will conduct a survey of the current situation and potential for developing night tourism products in several districts, towns, and cities within the city, ensuring that the products reflect the unique characteristics of each locality.

Starting in the first quarter of 2024, the Department will conduct surveys in five areas: Hoan Kiem and Ho Tay districts (part of the city's central tourism cluster), Long Bien district, and Gia Lam district; Nam Tu Liem, Bac Tu Liem, Phuc Tho, Hoai Duc, and Dan Phuong districts; Soc Son, Me Linh, and Dong Anh districts (in the northern part of the city); Quoc Oai, Thach That, Son Tay, and Ba Vi districts (in the western part of the city); and My Duc, Ung Hoa, and Phu Xuyen districts (in the southern part of the city). Upon completion of the survey, the Department of Tourism will gradually develop a plan for the development of suitable night-time tourism products. Currently, the city has 16 night-time tourism products, contributing to the richness of Hanoi's tourism offerings. To diversify the tourism products of the capital city, the Department of Tourism proposes that in the future, several more night-time tourism products be added at various destinations. Specifically, in the suburban areas, a model of cultural and artistic performances, shopping, and night-time entertainment, showcasing culinary culture and night-time dining services will be developed in Dong Xuan commune (Quoc Oai district), and the Van Dinh Culinary Culture point will be located in the incense production village of Quang Phu Cau commune (Ung Hoa district). In the inner city, the largest night-time flower wholesale market in the North will be established in Quang An, Tay Ho district; and a point for introducing and displaying products serving tourists and developing Hanoi's night-time economy will be located at the My Dinh National Sports Complex, Nam Tu Liem district. Recently, the Hanoi Opera House Management Board launched the night-time cultural and tourism product "Music Garden". Spanning over 3,000 square meters, the Hanoi Opera House has invested in and renovated its outdoor "Music Garden," featuring an artificial grass garden and landscaped areas for visitors to take photos. A highlight is the music performance stage, combined with a classical fountain. In addition, the "Music Garden" hosts cultural events featuring traditional Vietnamese musical instruments, aiming to promote and preserve culture while introducing it to international visitors. Notably, the Hanoi Opera House collaborates with embassies around the world, bringing foreign music to Vietnam for cultural exchange with Vietnamese audiences. In the Music Garden, viewers can choose from various time slots to enjoy music. Specifically, from 9 am to 12 pm, there are performances of traditional Vietnamese and classical instruments; and from 1 pm to 6 pm, there are performances of traditional and classical instruments. In the evening, from 7:30 PM to 10:00 PM, there will be classical music performances and concerts by famous singers from both Vietnam and abroad.
