Developing urban - tourism complexes in Tay Ninh province

On the morning of July 30, 2025, the People's Committee of Tay Ninh province had a working session with representatives of Suoi Tien Cultural Tourism Joint Stock Company to discuss the investment proposal for the entertainment service complex and smart urban area "Hau Nghia Thien Do" in Hau Nghia commune, with a scale of up to 1,200 hectares.

Attending the meeting were former Politburo member, former President of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam Truong Tan Sang, Chairman of Tay Ninh Provincial People's Committee Nguyen Van Ut and leaders of relevant departments and branches.

The project is oriented as a multifunctional complex, including 4 main areas: smart infrastructure, 4.0 industrial park, cultural - tourism area and smart urban area. In which, the industrial park is designed to attract high-tech industries such as robotics, logistics, high-tech agriculture and creative startups.

According to Suoi Tien representative, the “Hau Nghia Thien Do” project is the next strategic step after a series of large-scale projects that this enterprise has successfully implemented, such as Suoi Tien Tourist Area (HCMC), Son Tien Tourist Area (Dong Nai), and Nhon Phuoc urban area. With experience and financial capacity, Suoi Tien hopes to contribute to creating a new highlight in urban, industrial and tourism development for Tay Ninh.

Speaking at the meeting, former President Truong Tan Sang highly appreciated the ideas and proactive spirit of Suoi Tien Cultural Tourism Joint Stock Company in proposing the project. The former President emphasized that the investment must be carried out in accordance with legal procedures, while carefully calculating the appropriate scale and land area.

Chairman of the Provincial People’s Committee – Nguyen Van Ut said that Tay Ninh province encourages green investment, high technology and sustainable development. The project will be a breakthrough in developing ecological urban areas, modern industry and cultural tourism in the province.

He proposed that the People's Committee of Hau Nghia commune urgently review, have a written assessment and specific proposals for the project. At the same time, relevant agencies are assigned to guide investors to carry out the next steps in accordance with regulations./ .
