On the morning of March 22, the Department of Justice held a conference to disseminate the laws passed by the 15th National Assembly at the 6th Session and the 5th Extraordinary Session; introduce new points of the 2024 Land Law to the team of provincial and district-level legal reporters; civil servants working in legal affairs at provincial departments, branches and sectors; heads of natural resources departments of districts and cities and leaders of commune-level People's Committees.

At the 6th Session and the 5th Extraordinary Session, the 15th National Assembly passed 9 laws including: Law on Identity Cards; Law on Real Estate Business (amended); Law on Forces Participating in Protecting Security and Order at the Grassroots Level; Law on Housing (amended); Law on Management and Protection of National Defense Works and Military Zones; Law on Water Resources (amended); Law on Telecommunications (amended); Law on Land and Law on Credit Institutions (amended). In particular, the Land Law and the Law on Real Estate Business, which will take effect from January 1, 2025, are of great significance and will have a profound impact on people's lives.
At the conference, the reporter conveyed the basic content of all 9 laws. Emphasizing the new points of the Land Law and the Real Estate Business Law. At the same time, he affirmed that these are extremely important contents, demonstrating the Party's innovative viewpoint, in line with the socialist-oriented market mechanism and the process of industrialization and modernization of the country.
Through the conference, delegates were equipped with basic and necessary knowledge to promptly advise local Party committees and authorities on effectively implementing legal regulations on land and real estate business, contributing to socio-economic development, maintaining security and order, and serving the political tasks of the province.
