At the conference, the reporter of the Military Procuracy of Region 42 introduced 3 key topics, related to the practical situation of the unit and the Military Region, including: "Information on the situation of law enforcement, discipline and safety assurance in the Army in 2024 and the first 6 months of 2025"; "Some important new points in the Road Law and the Law on Road Traffic Order and Safety, along with documents guiding their implementation"; "Current situation and legal regulations related to the printing, issuance, purchase and sale of invoices and documents for payment to the State budget, some measures to prevent and stop illegal printing, issuance, purchase and sale of invoices and documents for payment to the State budget in the Army".

In addition, through typical cases and incidents that have been handled in the past, the propaganda session helps officers and professional soldiers better identify violations, causes, consequences and preventive measures, thereby promoting personal responsibility in work, study and training.

The conference aims to spread the spirit of “Living and working according to the law” in the unit. This is also the basis for improving the quality of management, education , and training of officers and professional soldiers, aiming to build a strong force with strict discipline.
