Standing Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Phan Thai Binh works with leaders of Kinokawa city

Continuing diplomatic activities and investment promotion as planned, on the morning of October 11, Standing Vice Chairman of Quang Nam Provincial People's Committee Phan Thai Binh and the provincial delegation had a meeting with leaders of Kinokawa city, Mr. Takeshi Kishimoto - Mayor of Kinokawa city and Mr. Kawahara Kazuyasu - Chairman of Kinokawa City Council.

Mr. Takeshi Kishimoto - Mayor of Kinokawa City also expressed his honor to welcome the delegation of leaders of Quang Nam province and personally the Standing Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Phan Thai Binh to visit the city for the first time.

Expressing his gratitude for the warm and thoughtful reception for the delegation of Quang Nam province, Standing Vice Chairman of the Quang Nam Provincial People's Committee Phan Thai Binh hoped that this visit and working session of the delegation of Quang Nam province would be a good opportunity to further strengthen the friendly cooperation relationship between the two localities of Quang Nam - Kinokawa; continue to implement the contents and areas of cooperation signed in 2020.

Previously, senior leaders of Japan and Kinokawa City supported the planting of Oga lotus for Dien Ban town (Quang Nam); the two sides also organized a high school student exchange program... In particular, the visit and work in Quang Nam province in early 2024 of the Mayor and Chairman of the Parliamentary Council opened up new prospects for cooperation between the two localities.

At the meeting, Quang Nam also proposed a number of cooperation directions in student exchange activities, agricultural cooperation; enhancing cultural exchange activities, tourism development cooperation... Standing Vice Chairman of Quang Nam Provincial People's Committee Phan Thai Binh conveyed the invitation of Chairman of Quang Nam Provincial People's Committee Le Van Dung to the leaders of Kinokawa city to visit and work in Quang Nam province in the near future.

Mr. Takeshi Kishimoto - Mayor of Kinokawa City also expressed his honor to welcome the delegation of Quang Nam provincial leaders and Mr. Phan Thai Binh, Standing Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee, to visit the city for the first time. Based on the proposal of Quang Nam, the two sides discussed solutions to promote cooperation in each field, especially in the fields of industry, trade and lotus exchange; learn more about the information of both sides to promote more practical and suitable cooperation programs in the future.
