It can be affirmed that the 2021-2025 period marks the comprehensive development of the culture, sports and tourism sector, making an important contribution to socio-economic development, protecting and promoting national cultural values, improving the spiritual life of the people, building a dynamic, integrated and sustainably developing image of Dien Bien.
