On August 28, Xuan Hai Commune People's Committee held the first advanced typical conference, period 2025 - 2030.

Over the past 5 years, patriotic emulation movements in Xuan Hai commune have been widely and effectively deployed, associated with the task of local socio -economic development. Typical movements and campaigns include: "All people unite to build new rural areas and civilized urban areas", "Good farmers and businessmen", "Sustainable poverty reduction and job creation", "Join hands to eliminate temporary and dilapidated houses", "Cadres, civil servants, and non-professional workers compete to implement office culture" associated with promoting "Studying and following Ho Chi Minh's ideology, morality and style"... Thereby, many good models and creative ways of doing things have emerged, contributing positively to the innovation and development of the locality.

Leaders of Xuan Hai Commune People's Committee awarded certificates of merit to collectives and individuals with outstanding achievements in emulation movements for the period 2020 - 2025.

At the conference, the People's Committee of Xuan Hai commune awarded certificates of merit to 8 collectives and 16 individuals with outstanding achievements in emulation movements for the period 2020 - 2025; launched the emulation movement for the period 2025 - 2030.

The Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee coordinated with the People's Committee of Xuan Hai commune to launch a campaign to support the Cuban people with the theme "65 years of Vietnam - Cuba friendship", thereby raising 8,500,000 VND.
