Giving gifts to young union members whose relatives are fishermen

The unit has widely disseminated to cadres, soldiers and people the stature and significance of the August Revolution in 1945 and the birth of the Democratic Republic of Vietnam (now the Socialist Republic of Vietnam); educated the tradition of patriotism, the spirit of great solidarity, the desire for peace , the will to be self-reliant, self-reliant, and national pride. At the same time, it expressed deep gratitude to the generations who sacrificed their blood for national independence and unification; affirmed the determination of cadres, soldiers of the city's border guards and the people in the cause of building and defending the Fatherland.

Through the activities, it contributes to arousing and fostering the trust and pride of cadres, soldiers and people towards the Party, the State and the cause of national renewal; strengthening the solidarity and close relationship between cadres and soldiers of the unit with the Party Committee, government, organizations and local people, especially the Youth Union. Equipping local cadres and Youth Union members with basic knowledge and skills on drowning prevention and control, contributing to reducing the risks caused by drowning accidents.

On this occasion, the unit presented nearly 30 gifts (each including life jackets, family medicine bags, and 10 national flags) to the Youth Union members whose relatives are fishermen; thereby encouraging, supporting and accompanying fishermen to go offshore, stick to the sea, and contribute to protecting the sovereignty of the sea and islands of the Fatherland.
